The Healing Benefits of Journaling About Meditating with Animals

Have you written down the things you are grateful for lately? If not, it’s a wonderful exercise to do at the end of the day, before you sleep, especially in trying times like these. Why not try it tonight?

Writing, especially about my experiences with animals, has always been so healing for me. I guess maybe that’s why I have written so many books, LOL.

I’d love to share my affinity for writing with you, and it’s one of the things that motivated me to create my upcoming book, The Let Animals Lead® Method of Animal Reiki Meditation Journal.

Called a “multidimensional masterpiece” by respected veterinarian Marc Malek, this colorful, interactive book has lots of space for you to write and self-reflect as you deepen your bond with the animals you love. Stay tuned, this book will be released soon!
