Did you know that it was 100 years ago, in March of 1922, that Mikao Usui took his trip to the top of Mt. Kurama for his 21-day fast that led to his enlightenment experience and inspired him to open up a teaching and healing center in Tokyo in April 1922?
This means that it is a very special anniversary for all Animal Reiki practitioners and teachers to celebrate! I am truly so grateful each and every day that Reiki came into my life, and that the animals showed me a new way forward with the teachings to help them!
I have planned a special webinar to celebrate with my Animal Reiki community! Won’t you join me? This is such a wonderful time for us to come together as a community, honor our past, celebrate the work we have done for animals so far and solidify a positive vision for healing and compassion for the animals of the world for the future! I truly believe that with the positive energy we can create through our Animal Reiki practice, anything is possible for the animals of our world 🙂
Date: Tuesday March 29, 2022 Time: 6-7PM Pacific time: Cost: $49, 50% donated to Shelter Animal Reiki Association CLICK HERE to sign up!
In this special webinar I will share:
-Reflections on my own 2019 pilgrimage to Usui’s grave and Mt. Kurama in Japan, and the message I received for our Animal Reiki community while meditating there.
-How the world of Animal Reiki has changed since 1998 and what this means for the future of our practice and partnerships with other animal health advocates and professionals
-My philosophy about why Usui and his teachings are so important to modern-day Animal Reiki practice and what we can do as practitioners to protect this legacy
-The importance of advocating for animal choice and independence in the world of Animal Reiki
-PLUS: I will lead the group in a special Japanese Reiki meditation, with special intention and care for the highest good of animals of the world.
This class meets on Zoom. Can’t be there live? No worries, all students will receive a recording of the live meeting!
Please help me bring our community together to celebrate and give thanks for Usui and all he has brought to this world for people and animals! The photo at the top of the blog is of me on Mt. Kurama, among the tree roots that supposedly Usui tripped on, on his journey down that mountain 🙂
Stay safe, be well and may the animals light your way,
