Today I want to give a shout out to my amazing Level 1, 2 and 3 certified practitioners and teachers and remind you how special you are!
Becoming a Let Animals Lead® method practitioner means being trained in the most effective, ethical, thorough and professional Animal Reiki lineage in the world. My students have learned a special method of Animal Reiki meditation practice, along with a specific mindset focused on the power of mindfulness, seeing animals as teachers, giving them the right to choose and remembering to see an animal as whole, even when they are facing difficulties.
In this method, meditation provides the key that opens the door to these shifts in our mindset and energy, and animals are drawn to the grounding, peace and positivity that Let Animals Lead® method practitioners radiate.
Just today in one of my classes, students told stories of how animals who were fearful of strangers or who did not normally come close to humans came and stood near them during Animal Reiki meditation — one student experienced a large hawk flying close by and hovering so that they could meet eye to eye, and another student described how an extremely shy cat even came and sat in her lap! I hear stories like these every day: the Let Animals Lead® method will deepen your bond with animals and transform your view of the world and your place in it 🙂
Because practitioners of my method have learned to let go of the need to lead each session, dependence on physical contact and a focus on “what’s wrong,” the possibilities to connect with even the most fearful, wild or traumatized animals are opened up!
Let Animals Lead® method practitioners and teachers are living examples of the ideal of “being Reiki with animals, instead of doing Reiki to them.” Thank you to each and every one of you for working diligently to create a space where animals are empowered to lead and teach us!
