The meditations will be released each day, beginning February 5, 2024. Join Kathleen Prasad and other animal lovers from all over the world to celebrate World Animal Reiki Day by participating in her well-known and loved FREE Let Animals Lead® 21-Day Meditation Challenge. We’re also celebrating ARS’s 20th anniversary this year, so let’s kick things off with a meditation of 1 day for each year we’ve been in existence AND an extra meditation day to look forward to a bright future of helping people help animals! FREE to everyone, this challenge involves a daily 5-minute meditation for 21 days that will help us energetically connect more deeply to the animals we love and all the animals around us! It also helps to ground and balance our energy for day-to-day life and helps us build a strong foundation that starts with a calm and centered being. If you're tired of being stressed and overwhelmed, this will teach you how meditating for 5 minutes a day for 21 days can help you let go of anger and worry so you can live your best life. With the help of animals, meditating your way to happiness and balance has never been easier. Whether you are new to meditation or have many years of experience, if you love animals, this meditation challenge is a nice reset to the year and a great booster for our overall well-being.
