21-Day Meditation Community Group

I just want to say thank you to Kathleen again for creating these and sharing them with us! On most of the days I did not want to stop the practice and stayed in the space longer.

I appreciate and enjoyed the daily affirmations with each precept. Kathleen, your encouragement and support makes it's much more doable to be reiki every day. There's something different about adding the animals energy to each precept and calling on their energy throughout the day to keep us there. I have been listening to another 21 day meditation practice, and while it's great and of course helps me with my emotions throughout the day, these meditations offered here hit differently. I know everyone has their thing that helps them to connect on a deeper level,and it is without a doubt animals lead the way for me. Thank you!

Thank you for these, Kathleen. You're bringing my book by the same name alive, yet, in so doing--perhaps a duh moment, as much as an aha one LOL--we have 21 lineage (though you) affirmations we can also use with our animals.

"My body, mind and spirit are in perfect balance." The Spirit of Horse today brings to mind Pillar 3. Not only the precepts, the 6 pillars are, organically, embedded throughout this course as a recurring theme--reminding us of (or introducing some to) the heart and soul of our practice.

Just wanted to stop by and say thank you for these beautiful meditations! As always, they are in perfect timing and make for a much needed reminder to delve deeper into the reiki precepts and to look to our animal kingdom to lead the way 💙🌀💙🌀
