Happy 2024! We're inviting you to a very special event organized by all of us at the Shelter Animal Reiki Association (SARA).
You may not know that SARA proudly celebrates World Animal Reiki Day (WARD) every year on February 5th. This special day was conceived in 2016 as a tribute to Dakota, Kathleen Prasad's inspiring Australian shepherd mix who profoundly impacted her life and led to the creation of SARA. Dakota's transformation from a rescue dog to a healer and teacher echoes in the hearts of many, guiding us to recognize and cherish animals as our spiritual guides and healers.
