If you love animals and care for them on a daily basis (either in your home or at work) you may be exposed to animal pain and/or suffering on a daily basis. You may be on the front lines of animal abuse, dealing with the aftermath of traumatized animals.
This class is made for you! You’ll learn 10 Consciousness Tips along with several specific meditation practices in Let Animals Lead® method of Animal Reiki that will help you combat and prevent compassion fatigue.
Kathleen Prasad has developed the Let Animals Lead® method of Animal Reiki over the past 21 years. An empath herself, she knows how important it is to protect yourself from the stress and overwhelm of animal advocacy in its many forms. She’s worked with countless shelter and sanctuary animals and animal-care staff and has seen firsthand the beneficial effects Animal Reiki can have, not only on the animals suffering from past trauma, but also for the human caregivers who love these animals so much.
This class will open your eyes to how we can protect and nurture our energy in big and small ways each and every day, along with giving you practical tools you can use right now to transform and heal your energy. Reach your highest potential as an animal advocate through the meditative techniques of this special method of Animal Reiki!
Open to all animal-lovers. This course teaches simple yet powerful meditation and self-care practices and does not require formal Reiki training (however Reiki practitioners of all lineages welcomed!).
