Prerequisite: At least Reiki 2 Certification
Tuition: $750
Description:
Find your way to the heart of your ideal animal Reiki practice while gaining extensive experience in the field. This class focuses on uncovering your strengths and challenges as an animal Reiki practitioner so that you can build a deeper heart connection to the animals you work with. This class is offered completely through email correspondence and telephone conferencing. Students are given a manual that covers the basics of what animal Reiki is and what to expect in a treatment, practitioner approach and treatment guidelines, methodology for all animals, dying animals and shelter/sanctuary animals, practitioner ethics and typical treatment responses. Manuals also include: pre-treatment, observation and feedback forms.Upon completing all 50 treatments and turning in the write ups of the cases as well as the summary questions, students will receive a certificate indicating completion of this course and 50 Animal Reiki Treatments.
Documented Case Studies:
Each student is required to complete 35 Animal Reiki Case Studies in a 6-month period. These 35 case studies must be documented with:
- Pre-treatment Information/Release Form
- Practitioner Information and Observation Form
- Caregiver Animal Reiki Treatment Feedback Form
Additional Animal Reiki Treatments:
Each student is required to complete 15 additional animal treatments on your own during the 6-month course. These treatments need to be documented by listing:
- Date of treatment/time and duration of treatment/animal name *Additional notes about treatment results are optional.
- 1 introductory meeting to discuss all course materials and requirements.
- 5 monthly meetings to discuss case studies, student progress, questions and concerns.
- 1 conclusion meeting to present final summary questions.
Required 1-hour Telephone Group Meetings:
All students must attend:

Private Phone Consultation:
Each student will receive one 30-minute one-on-one phone consult with Kathleen at a time of his or her choosing during the 6-month period.Email Support:
Students will be given email support on an on-going, as needed basis through the 6 month period.Final Summary Questions:
Each student must complete the final summary questions at the end of the 6-month period, to be presented at the final telephone group meeting.
